School Supplies Registration Form
REGISTRATION OPEN: August 1 - 20, 2021. Click the link to register for school supplies giveaway, while supplies last. Be sure to include your email address or phone number. You will receive a notification to confirm your supplies will be will be ready for pick up. All supplies must be picked up on Saturday, August 28 from 12pm - 2pm at 3701 Meadowview Dr. Suitland MD 20746.
